o High School Diploma preferred o high volume experience with coffee making equipment o working knowledge of all forms of coffee, mock tails and standard beverage recipes o basic numeracy and money-handling skills o able to read and speak fluently in required language o able to stand for long hours o able to lift and carry moderate amounts of weight
